Hi Grahame Yes this will fit a wide body it is 915mm centres.

Went onto DPD - I used My post code LL28 5YL and PL19 0AA (as a reasonable indicator) 

DPD has a number of options but typically:-

Shop to Shop £2.99 or Door to Door Service next Day  £11.99

The bar weighs 5.2kgs plus say 1kg packing, you are best looking at DPD from your end with an accurate post code.
