Used to organise this for the Northants group, but after a couple of years with just 2 cars gave up.  It's a nice show and good atmosphere with plenty of diverse stuff to do...  and a nice drive from Northampton

I have emailed them to see if I/ we can just turn up if I let them know before hand. Or if I need to be there as part of a club that is already present.

I have said that there may be 1 or 2 more from wscc if we can just turn up.

I guess we just need a small banner lol be the near biggest club with the smallest representation lol

Would be nice to have more than just me there 😀

You can register as a club and book a space for X cars.  This is what we did in the beginning, along with banners, etc.  But you'll need a firm commitment from others otherwise you'll just look silly when no-one else shows up.

 

If you show up on the say, you'll just park somewhere on the grounds amongst other classics.  If you arrive as a group, then you can still park together and pretend

Would you believe I got a reply last week to my email sent beginning of May.

It basically said they will forward my questions to somebody who can better answer them. 

Nothing since.

This is very local to me as well and I've always been interested in going, let me know what time you're turning up and we can try to park together.
