Simons
Hi there! I'm Simon from Spain. I love lightweight cars and I would like to own a Westfield. I have an Opel Speedster turbo, and I loving it. But I think that I need something more pure, less is more. I tried to write in "for sale" forum but I can't...I think that the problem is that I haven't got any message or something similar. I would like to buy a megabusa, but I don't know if I can register the car here, because I need the COC. The other option is one with a minimum of 30 years old, to register with classic plates. But most are SE not SEI...and I prefer the ford zetec engine, cheap and reliable. Cheers!!🍻
Richard (OldStager)
Welcome Simon, you will find any Westfield a completely new driving experience to your Opel ( in the UK we got the Vauxhall 220). The SEI is over 30 years old now, so it's a case of careful searching if you want a car on 'classic plates' , but I would look into registering a BEC a bit more, before you decide on what car to buy. As a Trial member, you can't post in the For Sale or Wanted sections - Sorry Good luck with the search. ETA Just had a look for you, according to the website, this one is currently for sale. https://justinbanks.com/1989-westfield-sei-sports/ Although it will need registering as it has never been on a UK road it seems... Simons
Thanks Richard. What is the meaning of BEC?? Bacon, eggs and cheese 😅 Ok about the trial member. I need to pay or something to post in for sale section I saw that car, but the problem is what you told, is unregistered. Also hasn't got windscreen, wipers and washer, and I need them to pass MOT. Isn't a big problem because I can fit them from another Westfield
