Stoneleigh 2022 Volunteering and Camping

Sunday 1st  & Monday 2nd May 2022

 

Set-Up Day is:

Saturday 30 April 2022

 

This is an “INFORMATION ONLY” thread which will remain locked but we will be updating as necessary

 

 The National Kit Car Show at Stoneleigh Park and the WSCC need YOUR help.

 

Volunteers

Traditionally we have needed over 40 volunteers to man the stands over the show weekend. In reality this means a minimum of 20 per day so that nobody has to do more than one 2 hour stint and we can cover off the demand for more meeters and greeters as suggested by the Membership.

 

If you are happy to volunteer your time to help out on the Marquee/exterior stand over the weekend of the show please use this link to register your details - Volunteer registration will end on 24th April 2022.

 

We require

·         Your name

·         Your Forum Name

·         Who else is coming with e.g. better half, father/son

·         Contact number

·         Westfield details including Reg number

·         Tintop details including registration number, make and model

·        Your availability for

o   Saturday 30 Apr 22 Setup (Y/N)

o   Sunday 01 May 22 Volunteering

o   Monday 02 May 22 Volunteering

o   Monday PM 02 May 22 Break down

·        The nights you will be camping 

·        Any other comments. E.g. Time preference for you volunteering

After emailing you will receive confirmation and instructions in due course.

 

As always we cannot make Stoneleigh the success it is without the help of you, the members.
