Peaky blinders

Would have been better if the scenes were not as dark as they were and also the talking was quiet and often mumbled or whispered

For me it spoilt it as it got harder to follow the plot

Same here and it's not just Peaky Blinders that is dark and mumbled.

I turn on the subtitles if it's a mumbling type series.

It woz bostin wor it .......          I've followed it right from Series 1 ....... final series was a lot darker ..... possibly because so much had to be re-written after Helen McCrorys sad death, she was a real star in it, also a lot of it was filmed during covid so I suspect thats why a few more quieter small cast scenes ?

Last episode was a belter, without giving anything away I liked Jonny Dogs line saying "I'll be going to look at the fog"  👍
