Barry Owner Posted March 9, 2022 Posted March 9, 2022 Factory built in 1995 as part of a Westfield drive to supply fully built and low volume homologated cars to the market. This car has minimal modification from standard so is a good example of how a ZEi would have been from the factory. 1.8 Zetec direct from the Fiesta RS1800 including the intake and engine management system. MT 75 gearbox. Open Sierra LSD. extensive service last year including cam belt change, cooling pipe replacement, brake callipers rebuilt etc. 100% ready to go. Full wet weather gear and tonneau included. Approx 14,000 miles. MOT till May but I am happy to put 12 months on it before sale. £9000.
Rednop1 Posted March 9, 2022 Posted March 9, 2022 "low volume homologated" Well if this is the case the car is far to cheap because people in Europe that want to own a westfield need a homologated car
Barry Owner Posted March 9, 2022 Author Posted March 9, 2022 I have pondered that. Problem is I don’t have any history with the car so how do I prove that?
ci_newman Posted March 9, 2022 Posted March 9, 2022 It's got to be worth a couple of calls to Westfield directly to see what history they might have on the car. What is declared on the V5 as the model?
Rednop1 Posted March 9, 2022 Posted March 9, 2022 Look for a type approval number on the v5c and there coud be one stamped on the chassis id plate
