Yorkshire meeting, 1st March.

Sorry for the short notice, I only found out late last night, but the Fox and Grapes will be closed on Tuesday night due to staff shortages. 

This is the second month running, and I don't know if this is a regular thing or not. Maybe it's time to find a new venue. 

Hopefully we'll be able to do it next month.

Good point, Yorkshire is so big, you can't please everyone.

Does it have to be the same place every month? why not try a few - we could have different suggestions from members of venue's local to them, that way it would be different drives out as well

That could be a good idea, but sort of excludes the speed series boys.

We must be able to find a pub for tomorrow like we did last time.

Change of plan. 

I've been in touch with a new place, the White Horse in Ledston and they are happy to have us tomorrow night. 

It's a little more awkward to find, but it's a country pub with a decent car park.

Thanks to all who came tonight, change of venue and the last ones in the pub. 

Need to think now about changing, whether to try the Fox and Grapes next month, go to the White Horse again or find somewhere different?

I'm all for somewhere different.  Never really thought we were welcome at Fox & Grapes, but then that might be something to do with me buying coffee not beer....

Moving the meeting around the area might work well and encourage some new faces?

It will however generate more work for someone

We had some of the summer meets at Bay Horse Skipton in years gone bye..
