My membership lapsed on the 7th February - ie yesterday. No reminder was received (and I have checked my junk mail) but a plethora of emails were received yesterday saying that my membership had lapsed and sorry to see me leave etc. I renewed instantly as I value the club. After renewal, and confirmatory email, I still received further emails saying my membership had lapsed etc. Something seems to have gone wrong with the system. One reminder ( or maybe two at different times), one to notify lapse of membership if not renewed ( not the 10 received) and none after renewal saying membership had lapsed would be more suitable and as experienced in previous years.
