Richard (OldStager)
I have some as I ordered far too much - their online calculator is incorrect as others have the same issue and you get too much , I will measure what I have left. , but how soon do you need this as I have plans for the weeks ahead. Richard (OldStager)
Long one is 290 x 1020 Square one is 400 x 450 More than enough to do my 5.5 inch standard WF can again. You say 3 metres, thats over 9ft, seems an awful lot to me.... anyway see pic
Peteroconnor
thanks RIchard, i thought 2.8m was way too much! here are my measurements Exhaust length 65cm long / 16cm diameter and then the perforated tube 62cm-64cm long and 5cm diameter. the textile technologies says 2.8m but as i say thats £123 worth of exhaust packing.............. Richard (OldStager)
I went on their site this one https://www.textiletechnologies.co.uk/pages/acoustafil-calculator and gave them my sizes, I almost fell of my chair as they said 6.64 Metres, I think I could do most of our members cars with that much. What I would suggest is pop a post in the Tech section giving those sizes and see what amounts others have used, I can't recall what the actual amount was that went into mine as it was almost a decade ago now. Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman
I seem to remember if you rang them up with the dimensions, they would advise you of the correct amount, but it’s years since I’ve needed to, worth a try, though.
