Andrew
Just changed the oil filter for the first time, on my recently built car. For a while I thought I was going to have to remove the Carbs to get it out!, in the end it found an escape route between the left front wishbones!. Anyone any similar experiences? Blatman
Is this in a wide car? I'm surprised.....my Cossie oil filter (identical to a Pinto in every way, as far as oil filtration is concerned) is a peice of p*** to get out, and it's in a narrow chassis too......Somethin' don't sound right
kennedyj
Dead easy on mine as well (Pinto + wide chassis). JohnK.
Andrew
My bad planning,....washer bottle and fuel regulator positioned at the rear, and I'm still using the mech fuel pump, which makes it a squeeze forwards. I think I'll reposition the regulator to make life easier. It's a wide bodied car.
