Hi all. Just joined the forum as my son is looking for his first Westfield. Ideally an unfinished project or a car that needs a little tidying up. He's only 19 so doesn't have a huge budget to play with but is looking to work/improve on it in his spare time. He has asked about a couple of cars already but they were already sold. (What is it with people listing cars for sale and then not removing or updating the ad once it's sold? 😠). I've built a Tiger in the past so can help him with the work. We are pretty realistic and appreciate that the lower end of the budget will only get an older car, but would like something that's not bent or damaged. Any advice would be welcome.

Welcome. I'm sure once you've had a good look around our great club, you'll see the benefits of membership. You'll get great advise on purchases and restoration from the members. Once you've signed up, you'll be able to place a Wanted advert indicating price range etc.
