have been looking for a louvre cutter for a while then last wed a pullmax P1 machine came up on market place rang the bloke and turns out he is 5 minutes from my workplace so struck a deal brought it home thursday hell it was heavy to move by myself anyway its in the shed now and i have had a little play.

so it will cut alloy 1.6mm / blackiron sheet 1.2 mm

it will bead alloy sheet steel upto 1.6mm

made a simple die for a bead 20mm x 7 mm deep worked a treat in both alloy and steel

now i have to make a louvre cutter die

it is only an old s/hand machine but i will never wear it out

made another die set this morning then a test bit not perfect but a bit more tweaking and should be good
