Would this be a direct replacement for a zetec header tank?

Possibly it was fitted to a Ford engine, how many hoses goes to a Zetec,

The bottom 19mm one is the main hose, then one of the smaller 8mm ones goes to the radiator and the other one goes to a T at the back of the block above the gear box bell housing.
