As per the title, I'm looking for a set of front shocks absorbers complete.

Cheers in advance

If it’s SPAX you’re after contact Damperman, he gives a Westfield owner discount

Thank Martin, really looking for good second hand, need to keep costs down at the moment.

Not sure what the front shock operating lengths are for an SE?   These are 'functional but not pretty' AVO shocks that were on my SEiW.

Closed length about 10'5" , Fully open about 13.5"

They are 11.5" as depicted with an 8"  - 275lb spring on.

They would certainly fulfil the criteria of keeping costs down.

That dont look like 13 1/2 inches to me. More like 12 5/8

It's usual to measure from the centre of each eye.

Sorry about the delay, just seen this.

Ideally we would specify a desired ride height and make sure the shock travel gave you scope for bump and rebound damping.

From the  picture you it appears you have measured 13.5" end to end , which would be 12.5" eye-to eye, put the weight of the car on them and at ride height I'd guess you are looking for length of 11.5 or 12.0 inches.   These should do that, 12.0 inches being in the middle of their range.

It would be worth you being sure of that, postage at that weight is  £9 ish.   I'll box them up and send them your way for £35 including postage.

PM Me.

Jim
