SOLD 1993 Westfield SE Rolling Chassis and Bodywork SOLD

I have for sale a 1993 Westfield SE, bought in late 2018.

Bought with the intention of doing a ground up 'resto-mod' to turn it into a bike engined car for the Speed Series Class G (Now W3) so the chassis modifications are done with strengthening and lightening in mind.

It has never been registered for road use, so comes with no V5. It was built at some point with a crossflow, hence why the bodywork has been cut, the bodywork has also been painted in the past, from yellow to navy.

In my ownership, only chassis modification has been done. The passenger side footwell has been strengthened as well as the steering rack mount, the trailing arm pick up points and the gearbox mouth. At the front, a diagonal has been added along with a cross rail between the upper wishbones. Note: the passenger footwell diagonal and the seat cross rail need finishing off on the underside.

The dash hoop has been removed, as has the gearbox mounting plate. The top mounted pedals have been removed in readiness for floor mounted pedals. All previous rivet holes have been filled and ground back ready for new panels.

A cage was being put on the car, so the crush tubes have been welded in (Cage can been added to the sale upon request).

What you see in the photos is what you will be getting. The steering rack is a standard RallyDesign item, and the rear axle is completely standard from the original donor car. Rear shock absorbers are of unknown origin (came with the chassis) the front shocks are steel body Avo's. Wheels and Allegro steering column included.

Will be on sale on the Forum for a week or 2 before being put up on Ebay as well.
