DamperMan Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 I had a Westfield 4-1 one but in the original engine position the wheel arch would rub it. So I made my own out of a sT170 4-2-1 manifold and sold the proper one... now a few years later the engine is further back and I have wide track.. Now before cutting my new shiny carbon flared sides I’m wondering if anyone has a decent zetec exhaust manifold preferably with a 2.5 tail. Dunnel/ Raceline/ etc
NigelO Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 can't help with a manifold, but you should be aware that the standard Westfield manifold for the Zetec is VERY close to the flared side panel (to the point where heat will be an issue)

DamperMan Posted May 17, 2021 Author Posted May 17, 2021 Thanks... I'm just seeing what is out there and if there's nothing suitable i'll probably make my own. TIG at the ready
Nick Lester Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 I have a Raceline 4 - 1 manifold for a Zetec that I am looking to sell, I will PM you some pictures. One thing, your post above says you need a 2 1/2 inch tail, the diameter of the outlet pipe on the Raceline collector is 2 1/4"

jonjh1964 Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 Tony, SEIW Zetec, Westfield 4:1 manifold and 50mm flare on the side panel.
DamperMan Posted May 18, 2021 Author Posted May 18, 2021 Looks like I’ve been offered what I need :)... sorted :)... The “fun” but I’m sure will be tweaking the Map to be right with the different characteristics.
