Is that a genuine picture or an "internet" picture?

I have seen first hand a similar ship. It arived at Rotterdam to take a new superyacht to Florida (I think) where it was to be handed over to the owner and crew. Impressive thing to watch as it sank below the yacht and manouvered in to place...

Genuine - its a ship called the MV Blue Marlin, a semi-submersible (to allow the load to float into place).

I've watched a couple of things about the Blue Marlin before, but at first look, that certainly looked fake!  Staking the barges with the scrap ships would have been an interesting watch too.
