Blatman Posted April 13, 2021 Share Posted April 13, 2021 I don't personally but for anything that matters I have always used a facility called "fixed fee interview" at an appropriate solicitors. This is a meeting (usually an hour) whereby you can discuss the issue and be advised as to potential next steps and chances of success etc. I've done this three times for property, powers of attorney and... er... something else and it has always been money well spent that DEFINITELY spared me from greater expense further down the line. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
