Sad news today. Not really unexpected, but sad nonetheless.

RIP indeed. It's a pity he didn't quite make the century. I sincerely hope this doesn't cause the Queen to decide to abdicate. Obviously she also is a good age and is not going to be around for ever, but she has been such a superb monarch and I fear none of the possible successors could hold a candle to her.
