The quest for more power

As some of you may know, I recently treated my 2.0 Zetec engine to a set of cams and managed to get some very respectable gains.

 

Well, I figured it wasn't enough, so following some info on how a Ported head would help, I figured it would be rude not to.

 

First stage was to get down to some porting, so I used these:

 

 

After a good scrub, it was back on the dyno - and the results were beyond my expectations - see green power plot below...

 

 

Next upgrade, an exhaust made from carbon nano tubes - watch this space.

Quite literally this mod is off the charts! I ve bought two packs just off this Dyno plot.

 

However we all know Power is nothing without control Mr King.  I've just got back from Millbrook and I ve had spectacular results by placing bars of this round the bodywork 

 

My car sticks to the road like glue now , admittedly it's not so great in direct sunlight..but it's quite handy if you get peckish 👍
