Hi all I'm looking to buy some Image Billet 93 wheels to replace the minilites I'm currently running.

https://www.imagewheels.co.uk/billet-93-alloy-wheel/

My current wheels are 7 X 13 all round with 205 tyres on the rear with 10mm spacer and 185 tyres on the front.

I use it mainly for sprinting (road going class) and trackdays, just wondering if I should stick to 7inch wide all round or maybe size up a little?

I would alter your rim sizes to suit your preferred tyre sizes at front and rear. Many of us now use Force Racing Wheels as they are good value for money and very light with good style

Thanks Terry, had a look at force racing last night think I prefer the billet 93 from a styling POV and they appear to be similar weight to the force ones.

I hadn't realised I was running under size tyres on the front for the 7inch rims. I tried fitting the rears with the 205 tyres to the front last night which appear to fit fine.

So think I'll order 7inch all round then fit wider tyres on the front to better match the wheel size.

6" for the 185, 7" for the 205 wouks be the ideal combination... so you wouls save some weight in the front and the tyre will sit perfectly.

Having said that... i run 185 all around in 7" for convinience and they are just fine.
