All, I’m replacing my entire fuelling system with new lines filters and pumps. As in the title I’m after a Bosch 044 in-line fuel pump.

If any one has one then please let me know.

thanks again in advance

Merlin do them amongst others if you want a new one.

Seems expensive, but then I have never bought a pump for EFI.

or

Demon Thieves for a similar price.

Thanks for the links; just trying to help a member offload some old stock lying around.

It's not a bad price for a genuine Bosch 044, there are huge numbers of fakes and shady versions around though, so going new, would ONLY buy from a known reputable source, such as the above.

Yeah, agreed. I have been caught out with the 'cheap' versions, and it left me stranded one day when it failed. A workaround to get me home found me emptying the washer bottle of water filling with fuel and plumbing that into the carbs, pumping the 'washer jets ' switch every now and again, lol.

Got me home though...

Purchased a known good one from a trusted source after that.

Brilliant, a proper old school make it home technique. (Though these days, it might dissolve some of the cheaper washer bottles/pumps out there!!)

Yeah it was a bag type one, so replaced that as well afterwards.

Outstanding and I agree - just living the hope that some one might have one knocking around their garage.
