Seems expensive, but then I have never bought a pump for EFI. https://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/p/bosch-0580-254-044-fuel-injection-pump-580254044 or Demon Thieves for a similar price. https://www.demon-tweeks.com/uk/bosch-044-motorsport-fuel-pump-fse580254044/
Wowblaauw Posted March 7, 2021 Author Posted March 7, 2021 Thanks for the links; just trying to help a member offload some old stock lying around.

Yeah, agreed. I have been caught out with the 'cheap' versions, and it left me stranded one day when it failed. A workaround to get me home found me emptying the washer bottle of water filling with fuel and plumbing that into the carbs, pumping the 'washer jets ' switch every now and again, lol. Got me home though... Purchased a known good one from a trusted source after that. 1

(Though these days, it might dissolve some of the cheaper washer bottles/pumps out there!!) 1
Richard (OldStager) Posted March 7, 2021 Posted March 7, 2021 Yeah it was a bag type one, so replaced that as well afterwards. 1
Wowblaauw Posted March 7, 2021 Author Posted March 7, 2021 Outstanding and I agree - just living the hope that some one might have one knocking around their garage.
