Dry Cleaning Wipe Suggestions

I have been using Wypall cleaning wipes for some time now but my supply has - excuse pun - dried up. To get these the only source seems to be direct from the USA with the delivery cost that carries.

Does anyone have a good source for these or a similar local substitute, the various ones I have tried have been, to be polite  b***** useless or do I have to keep trying. Wypall removes so much I miss them😪

Hands from paint/grease mostly but have found they remove silicon, felt tip pen, dried on paint etc. Got them for the guys I had working for me and on tests with these were the best wipes they tested because they are substantial and have an abrasive side to them. I have since found them great when no washing facilities are available or just for not getting grief for washing greasy hands in sinks.

Thanks @Blatman, I have now found a supplier called Cromwell who supply from the UK refill packs of 75 @ £14.50 per sachet, not cheap for a cleaning wipe but much better than the American option.
