I could never (and still can't) do a forward roll 🤣 Wow... at 55 my work colleagues (mostly under 30) placed a bet that I could not do a headstand A) because none of them can, and B) due to infirmity/loss of balance "at my age". As is s common when they make such assumptions, they were proved wrong much to their chagrin. Although the boss did ask why I was standing on my head in the warehouse instead of actually working, as if the headstand itself wasn't self-explanatory... 3 Quote
Andy - a15cro Posted December 3, 2020 Posted December 3, 2020 Ive made it to 50 and never really found that Ive been in a situation where a forward roll (or Headstand for that matter) would have been any use to get me out of that scrape. 😂 Although as stupid as this next statement is, and I really shouldn't say it out loud........but........theres times when I feel like I could easily drop to the floor and do a forward roll, for no particular reason, however I believe I may just be loosing touch of reality! I have no shadow of doubt that if I had some gymnastic prowess I'd be flipping and rolling all over the shop! 😕 Quote
