DonPeffers
First up is the Scotland football team qualifying for the Euro champs. next year---great job. Next, Lewis Hamilton a magnificent seventh F1 world title. Unbelievable and tremendous effort. Also very pleased to see Seb perform very well on the treacherous wet track and come home third. Then my favourite BTCC driver Ash Sutton winning the 2020 championship for a second time. Not a bad run of sport.
Onliest Smeg David
Yep - a fantastic F1 race with Ham showing is imense talent and racecraft in a Merc that was not the best car of the weekend. Ash's drive in BTCC was very good too and he controled his natural go get it instinct in final race. Cam and Ingham also drove well all season and imo other potential future winners with Dan top of front wheel drive cars.
MR.C
Used to watch F1 in the eighties, real racing. Mansell, Senna ,Prost. Couldn't wait while the next race. Now its just Mercedes and 100 zillion dollars.85% car 15% driver. Yeah Hamilton may have skill, but so have many other drivers with 10 dollar budgets. F1 is a show no more no less. Bottas span 5 times and finished down the back. Yet Hamilton won. That race in those conditions highlighted which drivers had the skills. Showed that vettel hasn't lost it either was really good to see him up the front. His chat with Hamilton at the end congratulating him was classy too.
MR.C
I was F1 s biggest fan,i haven't watched it for years. Since Mercedes bought out Brawn gp racing . Same in WRC with VW more money than anyone else. Developed 4wd no one else could afford. They are not the wealthiest nation in Europe for no reason. Money and technology (40 people in Hamilton's garage 30 working on software what the devil.) have killed racing.
