Ian Kinder (Bagpuss) - Joint Peak District AO
I really rate Olly and Matt, their Gobstoppers are great cars, but the price of these- https://rogerclarkmotorsport.co.uk/store/product/827-rcm-titanium-wheel-nut-set?fbclid=IwAR3QUgDvxA-11_zK-HA5ATyEO1YT__8i4oytWpbj3cakG7OU31wh4YLPj4o
Greenstreak-Andy D
Love their sales pitch... Titanium wheel nuts are 29% stronger and nearly 50% lighter than steel which results in a decreased rotational wheel mass, quicker acceleration and handling benefits in high performance applications. Additionally the lower thermal expansion of titanium results in more consistant tension under heating. Super lightweight in design and engineered from aerospace grade titanium these open ended wheel nuts are supplied laser marked with the RCM Power Parts logo on each nut. Slimline 17mm hex for ease of installation and removal regardless of wheel design. Who is the guy with deep pockets to prove out the acceleration improvement! haha

Surely only if the wheels are titanium too? If the wheels are "normal" alloy the relative differing expansion rates between the two materials is the opposite of what is stated, no? BenD
I actually think there pretty cheap. The price of titanium plus the tooling to cut it. At just under 11 quid a nut I'd say they were pretty good value
DonPeffers
AT that price does each nut have an individual motor to aid acceleration?

And you'd only need 16

TAFKARM
@Rush Motorsport the 2nd had some of these. He doesn’t realise they’ve been replaced with steel ones.
