Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman
Bought second hand with another couple of AiM parts, but due to an (honest) misunderstanding on the sellers part, and AiM's lack of clarity in their part names(!) not actually required. It's never actually been fitted to a car, though it's been hooked up to test. (It was sold accidentally to me as the Can data hub, which allows extra can devices to be hooked up, still no harm done). So, this is the Channel Expansion unit - Quote The Channel Expansion hub adds up to four configurable analogue (or two digital and two analogue) channels without occupying or modifying any existing system channels. The Aim Channel Expansion is a compact CAN device providing virtually endless data acquisition system expansion options. By using advanced CAN technology, wiring is simplified from four cables into just a single connection, thereby reducing possible and unnecessary points of failure. It is also possible - via Data Hub - to connect to the Master as many Channel Expansion as needed. These retail at £228 from AiM. Yours for £125, posted.
