Si Richards
I have a 1.6cvh powered Westfield that has twin 40 DCOE Webber carbs and I needed to fit a new exhaust to bring the 105db down to around 95/96. After alot of ringing around I opted for a 22" long 7" re-packable box from a company called "Power Speed". I was dealing with a chap called Dave Parris and have to admit these were the most helpful and confidence inspiring people I have ever met. The end result is my car is now reading 94db quiet enough to get into a library. The manifold needed to be worked to fit the muffler and they fitted another bracket for extra support. All of this came to a very reasonable £250 incl VAT & Fitting. If anyone else is looking to do something similar these guys really are fantastic and I would strongly recommend them. Call Dave @ Power Speed on: 01233 662225 or visit their website www.powerspeed.co.uk
