BigSkyBrad Posted September 1, 2021 Share Posted September 1, 2021 A song that's a 3-min TV ad - late 80's local NZ ad for Europa petrol, featuring Stevie Ray Vaughan (and his kiwi model girlfriend with the long hair) and NZ's godfather of blues Midge Marsden (skip cap). There's so many memories in that video, I've been to every location. The ramshackle house in the wheat field was about 10 miles from my house, the pile of old cars is 'Smash Palace' the largest vintage and classic car dismantles in the southern hemisphere, and I used to work on the A4-K Skyhawk fighter jet when I was in the air force (and was lucky enough to get a 2.5hr mach-loop ride, 250ft 60% of the trip!). 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
