Gary Taylor
Obviously Dave is the other side but this seems like a suitable idea, We could meet here with Colin “I was originally planning to head up in convoy with the Lanarkshire Classic car club (obviously at the back. Don’t want to cramp their style). They are leaving from Hamilton Palace retail park 7:00 for 7:15 departure. Could still meet there although open to any other offers. “

Davep1
Unless there are any takers from 'The South', I will meet you there sometime after 10AM. I will be heading there via Mennock pass (possibly Crawick pass and Dalveen pass as well, if feeling like an extra blat). The gates open for show entrants 7.30 till 9:30, and general public (£5 entry pp) from 10AM - 4PM. Cheers Dave. PS ...Thanks Gary for reminding us of this.

BigSkyBrad
Had thought about showing the car, but figured I 'wasn't down with the Man fencing me in' for the whole day. But we'll be there after 10 for a couple of hours, for a Dingo's Breakfast ( a p*ss and a look around).
Kirmodawn1
As you all know, there are some great roads down there. Davep1 knows all the hidden gems and I’ve had the pleasure of driving around there with him. Enjoy the day. BigSkyBrad
Weather stayed nice, plenty of cars on display and a good variety. After a couple of laps, I asked the missus which ones she liked - she said she liked the really old ones best. I then asked her what was her favourite car on display? - she said this one... Oh well.
Gary Taylor
Thanks to all who came along and supported us, a long day from up here but well worth it. A great day out, relaxed and able to chat over things with many people. It always amazes me how many folk wander up and say they have a Westfield . But today the biscuit was taken by a visually impaired gentleman who has bought a track Westfield from up here and like his track mini is part way through converting it to dual steering/ dual pedals so that visually impaired people can “do motorsport “ alongside a non impaired co-driver a very interesting day indeed and definitely one venue to go back to......
