Completely rebuilt by Julian Eisel with all parts new or reconditioned apart from engine between 2015 to 2018. I purchased the car in 2018 and completed a cooling system upgrade, cylinder head upgrade, engine calibration development with OMEX to run VVT and fitted new seats. Engine Ford ST170 Cylinder head skim and fully rebuilt with new valves, kent cam bucket shims Exhaust Cam reground to increase lift Westfield exhaust manifold Carbon exhaust silencer ST170 intake manifold and injectors GSXR throttle bodies Tiger ERA baffled sump Dan ST intake trumpets 90mm long Pipercross C604D Air filter OMEX 710 ecu (Sewell serial adapter cable for OMEX map 4000) Custom made engine wiring harness including lambda sensor plug Hi torq starter motor Mocal oil take off plate with remote oil filter ST170 oil to coolant heat exchanger Raceline water rail Coolex 55mm Aluminium radiator 82⁰C Thermostat New Bosch Ht leads ECU calibrated by OMEX and EFI-parts to produce 204.9 bhp / 180.7 ft/lbs with VVT working (the first known application of the OMEX 710 on a standard ST170 with VVT working) Driveline GEARBOX !!! Quaife QBE56G rated for 375bhp recently stripped checked and rebuilt (no longer sold by Quaife but they were over £3,295.00 new ) New clutch lightweight flywheel New aluminium bellhousing Rear diff - LSD 3.62 recently rebuilt Chassis (full rebuild 2018) Chassis stripped and all holes welded Chassis and wishbones powdercoated in graphite grey New protec shocks and springs Team dynamics Pro Race 1.2 7x13” ET23 alloy wheels Toyo 888R tyres 185/60/13 front 205/60/13 rear Front calipers 4 pot Westfield hi specs with solid crossdrilled discs .
