HELP! Bourton on the water - I've broken down!

Hi Folks need some help if anyone lives in Bourton on the water. 

Been out for a drive stopped at the coop to get a sandwich. Now there are no signs of electrical life . No lights on dash or side lights, horn ...

 

All I've got with me is a bulb and some wire !! Could use a multi meter

Sorry to read this. I've had a quick look on the map and you've not got any/many members nearby sorry. 

 

Do you have an immobiliser/cut-out switch?
