Plenty rubbish TV on but what a refreshing change last night's ITV 1 hour devoted to an extraordinary, rollercoaster life in The Life & Times of Captain Sir Tom looking at the first 100 years of an amazing life.

 

IIRC correctly ITV are repeating it on the 18th and also available on ITV Player.

 

Worth the licence fee and recommended.
