The Duratecs in question were originally designed by Mazda, during the two companies linked phase, it shares very few if any(?) common Ford parts to the Zetec, I'm afraid. The complication is that Ford being Ford, they started using the "Duratec" name on non, proper, Duratec family engines, too, so outside of standard silvertop and blacktop Zetecs, a bit of research on what exactly you have is always vital! I have the carbon effect 95mm LED ones, i purcheshed these without looking at the sizes properly.
