Since 18 March all non-essential business has been closed (in Belgium).

"All non-food shops have been closed too, which led to a bizarre incident in the neighbouring towns of Baarle Hertog and Baarle Nassau, where the border line runs through a bargain store called Zeemans.

The Dutch half of the shop is open, but the Belgian half has been taped off, with customers unable to get to the men's clothing section."

I'm guessing nobody breathes or sneezes across the shop's dividing tape.

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - "Two mink farms in the Netherlands have been put into quarantine after animals were found to be infected with the new coronavirus, the agriculture ministry said on Sunday, urging people to report any other likely cases in the animals.

The mink, which were tested after showing signs of having trouble breathing, were believed to have been infected by employees who had the virus, the ministry said in a statement."
