1.8 silvertop head and cams

Looking to upgrade my 1.8 head and after some piper 285 cams (or equivalent) and a ported and polished head, big ask I know but it’s worth asking!!!

I’ve got a ported/polished Zetec head and cams in the garage - think it came from a 2.0L though (not sure if they’re different or not)?
