Any tips to remove the plug in a 1800 zetec to fit the oil pressure switch.

Mine feels stuck and I'm afraid I'll strip the socket.

How difficult is it to remove the inlet manifold (standard ford) to get better access and use some heat?

Any advice appreciated.
