b16gnr Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 Hi, Would it be possible for someone to give me an idea or the size of spacer required to bring my rear wheels out a bit to fill the arches? my current wheels are 15x7" and have an ET38 (i believe) i would like them to come out as far as possible without fouling the arches thanks wayne Quote
Steve (sdh2903) Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 Measure how much in mm you wish to bring them out and that's the thickness of spacer you need. Theres so many variations in chassis and bodywork theres no 'one size fits all' Quote
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 As Steve said, it's impossible to answer, measuring is the only way to be sure. As a guide to how impossible it is, both Simon (from Westfield) and I, at the factory, measuring cars, still got the offset I'd need for my rear wheels slightly wrong! (In our defence, at that point at least, no one had used the ZK rear tub + detachable arches on a Mega S2000 and all the factory's rear offset measurements were from the FW tub which is slightly different. Measuring your own set up is vital. Quote
