Already tried that option locally, to recore it costs as much as a new one in aluminium 🙁

There used to be a chap on here who lived at Leyburn near Hawes and he made radiators. Just can’t think of his name.

I've got a brand new Radtec with 60mm cores that I bought as a 'might need upgrade' if the 50mm cored rad didn't cool my V8, it's a ducted nosecone too, so if you're in a hurry and need it you can have it on the basis of order and pay for a replacement from Radtec and you can take it away.

I’ve had to replace my V8 rad. Sent original off to Coolex where they hand made one to match. £350 and 4 weeks.
Slotted in perfectly.

Thank you very much for the offer, it's very generous but we're not in a hurry and Radtec can turn one round in 2 weeks.

It's a Radtec one already which they can make the same within 2 weeks and for £293. I believe they supply the V8 radiator that Westfield sell currently or have done in the past but thank you for the suggestion.

@Ali and Gailcan’t you just use a normal polo one? I’m sure mine is a normal polo one in my ducted nose cone! Or do you need the extra capacity to keep it cool? Cheers Andy

Hi mate ... sorry for piggy backing on this thread but can you remember which model number I need on the Radtec website?

I'd speak with Coolex in Nottingham as they do a WSCC discount. https://www.coolexperts.co.uk/motor-vehicles/
