Road Runner Posted February 17, 2020 Posted February 17, 2020 Good Morning, we are a motorbike workshop in Cesena (Italy), we have a problem with an Omex Ecu that is installed in a Norton Commando Cafè Racer 961 MKII, When we try to connect the Ecu with Map4000 software it start the install ECU wizard but it did not found the Gin file for the installation, and so we can't connect to the ECU. We saw that in this forum there are many people that use Omex ECU and for us is the first time. We also see that someone has our problems with the installation of the ECU 630 Our ECU is an Omex 630 01N31 serial number: 9279630G01N31. We ask you if you can help us because we doesn't know where we can find the correct gin file. Thanks for alla the help, Riccardo Quote

Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted February 17, 2020 Posted February 17, 2020 Welcome. As Ian said, speak to a Omex, they will be able to confirm what's possible, or not. Just for reference though, the Westfields Mega S2000 version of the Omex 630 is not the same as yours I'm afraid. Our files cannot be used with other versions of the 630 I'm afraid. Please speak to Omex. 1 Quote
