Hi all.

Recently purchased a megabusa. Want to give it a good full service and gearbox service before I take it on track this year.

1. Where would you recommend in the midlands to take it ?

2. Anything else to check whilst it’s in?

Thanks.

A P Racing Engines. Absolutely brilliant. Rolling road etc. Only does the necessary work and will not charge for unnecessary stuff.

Looking for something a bit closer to home to be honest. Also someone that specialises in Suzukis.

You only said ‘Midlands’!  Big area. Maybe more specific so others can give their input?

I doubt AP would be interested anyway (with respect!) he’s an engine builder and tuner rather than a mechanic and always flat out.

Someone like Pro Comp in Birmingham might be a good shout.

You'll have to have the engine out to "service" the gearbox...

Nowt to a general service on a bec, not fancy a crack yourself? Just oil, filter and maybe a set of plugs. Unless it’s not running well and needs other work? Would only take an hour tops. Am sure there are busa gurus on here who can sort you a recommended parts list.
