Petrol fragrance oil - oh yes

During an internet search to see if the road to the picturesque viaduct has re-opend as planned, I came across an advert in the local paper for a new fragrance oil for all you candle makers out there 😀

I can report that the road will be closed until at least the 28th Feb due to it being more difficult than expected as the sewer pipe that needs repairing is in a tree conservation area and there is a badger sett nearby. I have heard it all now 😀

Personally I will stick to sniffing that heady smell of petrol and polish that emits from our garage, but if you are short of ideas for valentines presents, this may help.

Who needs valentines....... we shopped for food today..... she says "I'll treat me to these" as she stuffs some flowers into the trolley (the irony being that I pay for the shopping)...... but back to the subject of benzine and oily odours....... I wonder if I could get the Sage to play with my grease gun........

Nem....

At one point of my life, I owned 13 two-strokes at the one time, including cars, bikes, chainsaw, posthole borer, wed-whacker etc - all running on Motul 2T.

I’d rather the petrol smelling candles over the ones Gwyneth Paltrow is flogging...

I was going to put a link up to The Stinky Candle Company, but they are no longer shipping to the UK which is a shame.

They have the best candles ever :d

... proper stuff is Castrol R!!! And smells wonderful too!!

I flew control line model aircraft in my early teens and made my own diesel mixture with ether, paraffin, and Castrol R. You could smell it a bit, but it was largely a disappointment. It really gummed up the engines too!

Look, it needs to be put into the engine of a pre 1960s GP car. Then it will be you that's gummed up, not the engine!!
