I’m sure this has been asked a thousand times !!! What are the best tyres for the wet ? On and off track

I like road tyres, great in the wet, still very good in the dry.

And for more sensible answers:

 

If you can find them, the R1R from Toyo are very good and I think the Avon AO48 are ok

What size @simon walton ? michellin PS3's in 195/50/15's are available from a friend (1 race only Ginetta Junior cup )for a great price. I've recently swapped from T1R's to them for winter use and they're great. They're not a bad summer/track tyre either. Not as sticky as R888's though.

Hi Ian , 205/50/r15 I have r888r for normal road and track use 

will 195 be ok on 7inch or 8inch rims ?

195 fit 7” fits perfectly. Had ps3s on mine at IVA as below

Yep, the PS3s are great. Also a good track tyre IMO.

My PS3's are on 7" rims. My 205/50/15 R888R  rears are on a 8" rim.

My uncle recent got these tyres for his pick up truck and they are very impressive on the trail.
