Hi all

I have a failed bulb for a car which has failed

It's a 12v led bulb but I don't know the fitting.

Is anyone able since I am struggling with finding a match

Thanks

Nick

Looks like a single contact (the point on the bottom) cluster bulb.

Make sure the pins (on the side of the base) match yours, you can get offset pairs, parallel pairs and singles Your photo just shows one ?

Might also help to know what it came out of. Whilst it's , (obviously) an led lamp, it looks like an led replacement for a regular tungsten lamp, so should have a standard type/part number available.

It might just be a case of working backwards from what the original lamp was, to find out what the generic led replacement is.

As always, the more info the better!

Thanks. It has 2 of the raised points.  One opposite the other.

A photo won't help.

It's this.  It came from one of the headlights. Electrics are from genuine car parts which is why I thought it should be an easy match.

At least you won't have to worry about it being CAN bus compliant ;)

Actually, try to make sure it doesn't include a ballast/load resistor if you can, it would waste power for no benefit.

That looks exactly what I want but in white, not red. Will keep googling. Thanks for the help all

There’s a white bulb on pistonbrokes link further down the page.  Measure the old bulb and compare.
