are you sure this is a 8" rim ?

 

because the spokes look to be the wrong shape for a 8" looks more like a 7" to me

I could not find any size on rim so I measured from outer flange to outer flange ( Not sure if that is correct ) but that was 8"

It's usually inner flange to inner flange for wheel width so probably is a 7j
