Hemsley Posted June 12, 2020 Author Posted June 12, 2020 (edited) Yes, I bought it along with the full FW kit back in 2015, but after I had built the car I decided to go with a half-hood, so it has never been fitted. It’s stayed safely wrapped up so should be in pristine condition. Edited - We’ve recently moved house and I've just confirmed that hood, frame and tenax studs are all together again. Hafod Posted June 12, 2020 Posted June 12, 2020 Does the frame lift the hood above to roll bar? My jap bar would be too low with a half hood so the WF hood could be an option.
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) Posted June 12, 2020 Posted June 12, 2020 The frame does, the rear of the hood rests directly on the roll bar, which frames the window, then the raised bit just in front of that, is the hood frame.
