MX-5 Mk.2 for parts

Young family member has recently totalled his MX-5 and is looking to sell the remains, so I thought I'd post here in case of interest to anyone.  Please contact him directly if so.  As follows:

 

MX5 MK2.5 SVT Sport
73,000 miles approx.

Car has suffered major front nearside damage but mechanically was in very good order.  Had many upgrades, including:

Torsen type 2 LSD with 3.6 final drive
6 speed gearbox
1.8 VVT BP engine – can be heard running
Larger rear discs
Bilstein shocks
Leather seats
Cream/off white dials
Mid and rear exhaust sections are almost new
Interior and remaining body parts  in good condition

Front discs and calipers have already gone
Engine brace has gone
Wheels have gone

It will with a mk2 head

Of course if I do that I may as well just fix the HG on mine!

headgasket is an easy fix but buy a genuine gasket
