SootySport Posted August 4, 2019 Posted August 4, 2019 We are on our way to Bamburgh for a few days, 26th.Aug.  Can anyone recommend any hidden gems to visit during our stay up there in the frozen north 😀.  Seafood restaurants are high on the wife’s priority list.   Quote

Back home now and enjoyed our days out at some of the suggested places, didn’t go to them all though.  Particularly liked the Grace Darling Museum in Bamburgh and the the castle that dominates the town, also visited Newton, Seahouses, parts of Hadrians Wall, the hills around Hexham. Alnwick and Holy Island. 1 Quote
