Any Megabird owners on here?

hi all,

 

just seeing if we have any megabird owners on here? that's the honda blackbird engine.

 

as I am looking to potentially buy one but wanted to have a chat with some existing owners first, ideally.

Very old engine now,fair few will have been converted to newer bike engines I think.

Blackbird engine was never ideal for a car,as the frame on the bike was used as part of the strength of the engine,so once fitted in a car the engine could twist causing the crank to get tight and knackering the bearings,shortly followed by a rod threw the block!
