What battery

Hi I have a Lithium 12v lightweight battery which has given up the ghost so want a full size battery this time. What are people fitting for 2.0 Zetec Black Top ?

It might depend on where it’s fitted.   On the bulk head I have a  YUASA HSB 063 50ah 480 A.   95 SEWI 2.0 zetec std compression etc.

In nosecone I have Exide 53030 (previously Banner 53030).

Capacity 30 Ah  CCA180 A  Length 186 mm  Width 130 mm  Height inc. terminals 171 mm.

Capacity (C20)28 Ah  CCA (EN)280 A  Length185 mm  Width125 mm  Height inc. terms. 175 mm.

Thanks mine is also in the nose cone, is that man enough to turn it over from cold ?

Yes, man enough. Had both and all ok, well that's if you don't let the individual cell levels drop to low.

Over Winter, and periods of extended non-running, I have my CTEK (others are available) charger on for 90 minutes per day and battery is fine.
